TYPES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED

BPE Global has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of Personal Information under our control. UPDATES AND CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
BPE Global reserves the right, at any time and without notice to you, to add to, change, update, or modify this Privacy Policy, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site. Any such change, update, or modification will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. If updated, the Privacy Policy will note the effective date of the update. USES OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
BPE Global'S USE OF INFORMATION
E-Commerce - BPE Global uses Personal Information primarily in connection with e-commerce transactions. Credit card information is encrypted to ensure that no one else can view or capture it. Credit card transactions on the Site are settled immediately through Paypal, one of our e-commerce providers. Paypal handles all traffic between the Site, credit card issuers, and banks. Credit card information is used only for settling the funds needed for you to purchase our services. We do not store credit card information either on or outside the Site. A digital certificate issued by GeoTrust, another e-commerce provider, verifies the identity of the Site as a legitimate BPE Global e-commerce site.
E-Mail - Upon registration for BPE Global Online training you will receive email confirmation and communications. Additionally, from time to time, BPE Global may send you e mail messages regarding current regulatory or other legal changes and updates or informing you of our services that we believe may be of interest to you, including announcements of new training programs, upcoming programs, and special offers. Other Uses - BPE Global also uses Personal Information to authorize access to your personal BPE Global training account on the Site, to contact you when necessary, and to authorize access to online services.
SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, BPE Global does not and will not share any Personal Information regarding BPE Global's customers or other Site users with any third parties, unless disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with a court order or other legal process; (b) protect our rights or property; or (c) enforce our Terms & Conditions. BPE Global does not sell, rent, exchange, or loan any Personal Information regarding its customers or other Site users to any third parties. For jointly sponsored training programs, BPE Global may transmit registration information, including Personal Information, to the joint program sponsor, but only as necessary for administration of the program.
USER CHOICE REGARDING COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may choose not to provide us with any Personal Information. If so, you will be able to access and use some portions of the Site, but you will not be able to purchase BPE Global products and services or access those parts of the Site that require you to Sign In using your personal User ID and password. USER ABILITY TO ACCESS, UPDATE, AND CORRECT
PERSONAL INFORMATION
The Personal Information we collect is saved in a customer/student profile in our web service provider's secure database server. You can help us maintain the accuracy of your profile by notifying us whenever you change your company affiliation, address, telephone number, or e-mail address. We maintain a procedure to help you confirm that your Personal Information remains correct and up-to-date. At any time, you may review and change your Personal Information by visiting the Site at http://.bpe-online.com, clicking on "Log-In" with your email and Password and selecting "My Profile" and updating your profile data. After logging in, you may also review the record of your training program credits earned from attending BPE Global programs.. You may not correct training credits yourself online, but you may ask for clarification or changes by calling or emailing BPE Global at Training@bpeglobal.com.
ACCEPTANCE OF PRIVACY POLICY
Your use of our Site, including any dispute concerning privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions. By using our site, you are accepting all of the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
